Happy (Belated) Birthday Jen!

Thursday was Jennifer’s birthday, her 20th birthday, and the 2nd year we celebrated without her. I opted to go to work, and did my best to not dwell on the circumstances of the day. I got teary-eyed at some points, but I didn’t let it consume me. I even wore my pink confidence shirt to work as a little extra niff-love.

A Year Ago

A year ago, I shared a memory about Nif and “Jennifer Land.” My blog was still new, and I wasn’t 100% sure what I was doing, or what my goal was. However, many of you read that story, and to this day, I still get text messages from friends and family saying,

“I’m driving through Jennifer Land!”

You have no idea how happy that makes me ❤

I love getting mail. Magazines, cards, voter reminders, and yes, even bills.

The best is when you get a card for no other reason, then for a friend to say, “Hello.” I’ve been über busy, but have received a few cards from friends and family, that I wanted to share.

That is how much traffic Coniffdence got yesterday. Now, I am not doing this blog for the number or anything like that. But, I am glad to know that people are enjoying what I have to say, and I have been getting a lot of positive feedback, both via comments and private messages.
