Sisters Ring

Whenever I see anything that has the word “Sister” on it, I feel a little sad inside. It upsets me that I don’t have anymore to buy it for anymore. However, I made an exception not too long ago, and bought a very simple Sisters ring from Kohl’s.

Well, after months, and months of waiting, my submission to The Quill (the official magazine of my sorority Alpha Xi Delta) was published. I wrote it back in April, and it was finally published in the Fall/Winter edition. I waited for it to come in the mail, and rushed home after my holiday part last week to read it. My Sister Jaclyn scanned it for me, so I can share it with all of you.

Rough Weekend

I don’t know why, but this was a rough weekend for me, filled with lots of tears. There were so many things that reminded me of Jen, or caught me off guard, and made me really, really sad.
